Why is my bet still open?

There may be a delay in the bet payout as the host track may have not made the race official. The race stewards may be reviewing the race. The live race feed will explain the delay and the official results will be posted once the race is made official.

If the event you are betting on ended more than 60 minutes ago and your bet is still open, please contact our Customer Service Team and send us your bet slip number.
