What withdrawal methods does BetMGM offer?

We offer a number of different withdrawal methods. To see a full list of the withdrawal options available to you, visit the Cashier.

Processing time of the withdrawal request depends on the payment method. Please note that the standard internal processing and approval time for withdrawals will remain up to 5 business days, regardless of the payment method you select. If you've deposited with a prepaid credit card, you will not be able to withdraw to that credit card, however you will always be able to request a withdrawal to your bank account.

How do I withdraw from my account?

Tap on 'My Account --> Cashier' and select Withdraw. Then choose a withdrawal payment method, enter the required information and click on Withdraw again.

Why do I need to upload a copy of my ID to withdraw the first time?

For your own safety, and to comply with the obligations of our license, we require an official photo ID for your first payout. This is to ensure that you are of legal age and that you really are the person applying for the payout, not an unauthorized third party. Make sure that the copy/scan of your ID is not too dark to read and is 5 MB or under. Please also note your e-mail address on the copy of your ID.

Are there any restrictions before I can make a withdrawal?

If you have received complimentary or bonus money into your account, you must comply with any bonus restrictions contained in the offer and/or within the site's promotional terms and conditions. If you have not satisfied these requirements, you will be unable to withdraw any amount until the bonus restrictions have been met.

Why can't I withdraw my entire credit balance?

Make sure that your current credit balance qualifies for the minimum withdrawal specified in your account under Withdrawals. Otherwise, you cannot request withdrawals online. In addition, all specified amounts must be whole numbers with no decimal points or commas.

How long after I request a withdrawal will I receive my money?

This depends on which withdrawal option you selected. For a list of options and how to receive your money, please click on 'Cashier' after login.

Can I modify/cancel my withdrawal or check the processing status?

Whether you can edit or cancel your withdrawal depends on its status. Tap on the Cashier and find your withdrawal request in the Payment History. If it's still pending, you'll be able to cancel all or part of it and have it automatically credited back into your gaming account.

What is the withdrawal procedure?

All withdrawals are subject to the following procedures:

  1. All withdrawals will be reviewed by our internal review team and must be approved by them before we distribute any funds. This internal review process may take up to 5 days.
  2. Withdrawals may be merged and treated as one request in the event of a previous transaction(s) not being processed yet. This will be taken into consideration before processing the payment based on the limit of the option selected.
  3. We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the payment method(s) used to make your deposit, up to the total amount deposited, before other withdrawal options are enabled. The applicable payment method(s) is/are selected at our sole discretion, and may include, but are not limited to, credit/debit cards.
  4. Until the withdrawal is approved and dispatched, you may reverse and have the funds added back to your account. To do so, simply go to the Cashier and click Payment History, any pending Withdrawal amount will be displayed and you can enter the amount you would like to reverse.

Are there any fees for withdrawal?

We don't charge any fees for withdrawals. Your payment provider may charge a fee to receive a payment from us though, so check with them first.

Why am I being requested to withdraw across multiple payment methods?

To protect against fraud, BetMGM operates through a 'Closed Loop System'. This means that if you use multiple deposit methods, your withdrawals (including winnings) may be split across these different methods. Once the original deposit amount for each method is reached, you may withdraw any remaining balance to your preferred method. For example, you've deposited $100 using a Visa and $50 using your PayPal account. After successful bets, you now have $500 you want to withdraw. According to your original deposit amounts, $100 will be returned to your Visa and $50 to your PayPal account. The remaining balance of $350 can be withdrawn to your preferred method. You can always track where your withdrawals were deposited from in your Transaction History.

Why am I unable to withdraw my winnings online?

Make sure that your current credit balance qualifies for the minimum withdrawal specified in your account under Withdrawals. If not, you will not be able to request a withdrawal online. Also make sure that you did not use special characters like decimal points or commas when filling in the withdrawal form. In addition, please note that the available withdrawal methods depend on your selected deposit method. If you have followed all these rules and withdrawal is still not possible, please contact our Customer Care team with a screenshot of the error message displayed when you requested the withdrawal.

What if I requested a withdrawal, but now want to return the money to my BetMGM account?

In certain cases it may still be possible to cancel the transaction, depending on how far along the withdrawal process is. Please contact our Customer Care team and indicate the reason for cancelling your withdrawal.

Why was my withdrawal request cancelled?

Your withdrawal could have been cancelled due to one or more of the following issues:

  • You've tried to withdraw to a payment method that is not in the name of the account holder.
  • You've requested a withdrawal before we've seen adequate gameplay on your account.
  • We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the payment method(s) used to make your deposit, up to the total amount deposited, before other withdrawal options are enabled. The applicable payment method(s) is/are selected at our sole discretion and may include, but are not limited to, credit/debit cards.

Please check the e-mail address registered to your account to see if we have e-mailed you about the withdrawal. If you have not received any messages from us and your withdrawal has been cancelled, please get in contact with our Customer Care team.
