How can I find out more about my deposit options?
We accept many different payment methods depending on your state’s regulations. To see which ones are available to you personally, tap on the ‘Deposit Options’ section of the Cashier.
What if I encountered an error during the deposit process?
If you have encountered a technical issue, please log out, wait a moment and then log back in and try again. If you run into the problem again, send a screenshot to our Customer Care team. Include your registered e-mail address and any other relevant information, such as the deposit method you tried to use.
What if I made a deposit, but the amount hasn’t appeared in my account?
Please check our help sections or Cashier to find out how much processing time is required for your selected payment method. Sometimes it can take a short period of time for your deposit to appear in your account. If that duration has already elapsed, please send an e-mail to our Customer Care team with the selected payment option and any error messages that were displayed when you tried to make the deposit.
What is BetMGM’s account information if I need to make a bank transfer for a deposit?
You will find our account data in your BetMGM account. Log in and go to Deposits --> ACH Bank Transfer. Indicate the amount that you wish to deposit and click “Next”. At that point, the account information for BetMGM will be displayed automatically. Please use only the account information displayed there for payments to your BetMGM account. As the reason for payment, please indicate the reference number displayed under the account data. The amount paid can only be assigned to your BetMGM account if you specify the payment reason.
