What if I forget my login information?

If you don’t remember which e-mail address you used to sign up, get in touch with our Customer Care team via the ‘Help & Customer Care’ menu. If you don’t remember your password, tap on “Forgot your password?” in the login box, answer the questions and we will send an e-mail with instructions to your registered e-mail address. If you have changed your email address in the past 7 days, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

Why do I need personal security questions?

Your answers to your personal security questions offer additional protection for your data. You will be asked your personal questions whenever you forget your password. You can reset/change your security questions and answers by clicking on “Log In” from the homepage and then on “Forgot your password?”. Submit your personal details and you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset the security questions and answers.
