Bet Cancellation Restrictions

For thoroughbred racing bets, a customer cannot cancel over the Internet any single betting entry over five hundred dollars ($500.00) in win, place, or show pools or any bet over fifty dollars ($50.00) on any one combination in daily double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, pick three, or other pools.

For harness racing bets, a customer cannot cancel over the Internet any single betting entry over one hundred dollars ($100.00) in win, place, or show pools or any bet over fifty dollars ($50.00) on any one combination in daily double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, pick three or other pools.

A customer seeking to cancel a bet in the amounts described above must make a cancellation request through a live BetMGM operator here. BetMGM reserves the right to deny any such request to cancel a bet on the grounds that doing so may substantially alter odds, prices, or betting totals. 

A customer cannot cancel a future bet once placed. A future bet is a bet placed well ahead of a race, generally weeks or months in advance.
