What is my total account balance?

This is the sum of your available, restricted, and in-play balances. 

• Available: This balance amount represents your real account balance, and it can be taken to any race you choose. It is the maximum amount that you can cash out and does not include your in-play balance. 
• Restricted: A restricted balance is an active cash out-restricted bonus for which the wagering requirements have not been met yet. This amount can only be taken to the specified races listed under the restricted balance section. You may use all or part of the restricted balance for wagering while at the same time satisfying the respective bonus conditions for the funds’ release into your available balance. You cannot cash out this amount. However, you can include your deposit and winnings (apart from the bonus amount) based on the terms and conditions of the bonus offer. A restricted balance can include your deposit amount, which is separate from the bonus amount.
• In-Play: This is the total amount of money that you had in-play when you opened the window. Your in-play balance can include your available and restricted balances.

Can I deposit/withdraw when I am not in the state that I registered in?

Deposits and withdrawals can only be made while located in authorized BetMGM Horse Racing states, these are Louisiana, Florida and Ohio.
