How can I close my account?

Go to Service Closure under your Account Settings, select the Horse Racing product and then deactivate your account. Even if your services are closed, you will be able to log into your account to make a withdrawal if you have any remaining balance. You can also contact our Customer Care team and request an account closure. Please ensure you cash out any amount greater than $1 from your account before you submit a request to close your account.
